I stopped by for my usual burger and fry combo at the bar, only to discover that the menu had been significantly reduced and the daily specials were no longer available. I was a bit disappointed at first, but I decided to stick with my burger and also tried the soup of the day, which turned out to be tortilla soup. To my delight, the soup was exceptional! I would happily return just for that soup alone, and I’d love to request that it be added to the permanent menu. While I'm sad to see the daily specials go, it’s clear that the quality of the food is being elevated. I'm excited to see what changes are in store for the coming months!

New owners for this location!! Staff here are great, even when it is mildly crowded!! Only complaint I have is that most sauces now come in a glass shot glass, it makes it harder to eat with verses just a regular ramekin. New menu items are very inconsistent, some days they are great, other days it feels like a waste of money. The alcohol prices changed with the new management, but that is expected. Wish they would reward regulars for staying with the location, but it is what it is. Still a place worth coming back to, after they figure out the kitchen situation

They've updated the food and cocktails and i can see this neighborhood spot quickly becoming something of a destination. The lamb shank is fall off the bone, the croquettes with chunky bacon and sharp cheddar are popbable and addictive. But the show-stopper is the Shepherds pie. Mashed potato stuffed with rich and hearty stew rolled in breadcrumbs and deep fried Its schtupid good

Stopped in for the first time Saturday night and wasn’t sure what to expect. We went in and sat initially on the side where several people were playing backgammon since there was also a basketball game to watch on tv and waited for service. After about 10 minutes we had not seen anyone approach our table we headed over to the other side and had to wait for service but did finally get someone from the waitstaff to notice us and bring a menu and take drink orders. They seemed to be understaffed which is a problem for a lot of restaurants these days. But once we ordered drinks and had a chance to order our meals, we were good. We ordered fried cheese curds for our appetizer and they were excellent. The beer selection was great, but my first choice beer the Old Speckled Hen had been taken out temporarily to add an extra line for Guinness with St. Patrick’s Day coming up. No worries, the Guinness was properly poured and top notch. Of the 3 things we ordered, fish and chips, shepherds pie and a burger, each of them was on the money and would recommend. Food was excellent. The server said the restaurant was under new management and there is always going to be an adjustment period when that happens. But service was friendly and as they get that squared away, this is a very solid option worth checking out. And they get the main things you want a restaurant and pub to have, quality food and reasonable prices. Definitely will be back.

We had gone to another local establishment to eat corn beef and cabbage for St. Patrick’s Day. We left completely dissatisfied. We decided to try B&B. We hadn’t been to B&B for several years. What a pleasant surprise and an excellent experience. Aaron, the manager,, met us as we entered. He was very enthusiastic in helping us get a table and making sure we were seated. Our waitresses and all of the staff We interacted with were terrific and helpful. The food was great the whole experience was fun. Just want to make sure that this message is very positive and the food was REALLY great!

Bar tenders are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Food is top notch. Was a quiet night without much of a crowd but the chatter with the bar tenders, wonderful cocktails and outstanding food was more than enough to make sure the atmosphere was perfect.
